Job Description

The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.

As a Global Product Marketing Manager for Branding Solutions, you will support the go-to-market strategy for TikTok’s flagship branding products, including solutions across the For You Feed, TopView, and TikTok Pulse. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Sales, and Business Marketing to help bring new products and features to market, refine positioning, and drive adoption.

You will use your experience and marketing knowledge working with branding-based products to develop the strategy, align with senior product leadership around those plans, and bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on plans. You understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers, agencies, and other cross functional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies across TikTok’s branding solutions portfolio
  • Translate product capabilities, performance insights, and measurement into clear, compelling narratives for advertisers and sales teams
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to gather market feedback and help inform product positioning and roadmap direction
  • Develop sales enablement materials and programs that drive product adoption and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies for local markets and ensure strong in-market execution
  • Build an understanding of the most nascent TikTok advertising and measurement products and leverage these products to achieve customer goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or above.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital advertising or media preferred.
  • Understanding of branding and advertising solutions, including how different industries approach marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally; experience in global or regional environments.

  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
  • Commercial mindset, with ability to connect marketing efforts to business impact.
