Digital Designer

Position Summary

As a Digital Designer, you translate design intent into high-end, immersive visual experiences. Your core focus lies in 3D visualization and digital production, while also supporting design development with creative input and technical insight.
You play a key role in shaping how concepts are experienced—by clients, stakeholders, and internal teams—within a highly confidential and premium VVIP environment.

Your Mission

• Develop photorealistic renderings, animations, and real-time/VR experiences
• Support concept evolution from early ideas to final deliverables
• Deliver premium-quality outputs that inspire clients and support decision-making
• Model highly detailed 3D assets in Blender
• Rebuild or adapt geometry into CAD-compatible formats
• Ensure smooth digital continuity between design and engineering teams
• Propose visual alternatives and refinements
• Iterate quickly based on client feedback and technical constraints
• Handle projects with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
• Ensure all outputs reflect premium craftsmanship and brand excellence

Your Profile

• Degree in Digital Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field
• Advanced skills in Blender (modeling, shading, lighting, rendering)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (post-production & presentation)
• Experience with CAD data workflows
• Familiarity with Rhino and/or AutoCAD (strong advantage)
• Strong eye for proportion, materials, lighting, and color
• Ability to balance creative vision with technical precision
• Structured, detail-oriented working style
• Comfortable adapting to custom workflows and fast-changing requirements
• Able to work independently on defined deliverables
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Fluency in Englisch
• Please include a portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders and/or animations, modeling breakdowns, and at least one example demonstrating complex modeling and a clean workflow from concept to final output
