As a Food runner, you will:
- Greet guests by name with a warm smile, maintaining eye contact and professional posture
- Anticipate guest needs before they ask
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
- Efficiently and accurately deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the guests, supporting the waitstaff and ensuring a smooth dining experience
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen stations throughout the day, practicing "clean-as-you-go" procedures
- Store reusable goods, break down stations, clean equipment, restock items, and complete daily cleaning checklists
- Adhere to strict luxury grooming standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Follow all company, health, safety, and security policies. Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional at all times
