About Montessori by Busy Bees
At Busy Bees, we’re passionate about giving every child the very best start in life. As the UK’s largest nursery provider, with nearly 400 nurseries nationwide and a growing international presence, we’re proud of our award-winning workplace culture.
We believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we create an environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and inspired to grow.
Montessori is a method of education based around the Montessori theory of self-directed learning, independent exploration, and collaborative play. Within Montessori early learning environments, children are given a variety of choices in their learning, allowing them to explore and develop their knowledge of the world and develop to their full potential.
