You will serve as a key communication point between patients, providers, and healthcare systems, helping coordinate appointments based on physician orders and clinical requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail to ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and compliance with healthcare standards. You will operate in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where service quality and accuracy directly impact patient outcomes. This role is bilingual (Spanish and English), enabling you to support a diverse patient population effectively.
