Overview We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Project Manager to lead strategic projects and systems work across our Latin America operations. You’ll help plan, deliver and improve work that supports teams across the region. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing people together, keeping work on track, and turning complex plans into clear next steps. How you'll make an impact You’ll lead projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables and success measures. You’ll build project plans, timelines and budgets, manage risks, and keep everyone updated with clear status reports. You’ll also coordinate systems implementation and integration work across LatAm countries, helping make sure projects are delivered in a joined-up way. You’ll work closely with colleagues across different teams to manage resources well, handle change with care, and keep quality high throughout delivery. Once a project is finished, you’ll review what worked, capture lessons learned, and help improve how future projects are run. Define scope, timelines, budgets and delivery plans Lead cross-functional teams and manage project progress Coordinate ERP localisation and systems implementation across Latin America Track risks, changes and dependencies, and take action when plans shift Review outcomes and document lessons learned after delivery About you You have at least 8 years of project management experience, ideally in insurance or financial services, with exposure to Latin America. You can plan, track, and deliver projects across multiple teams, countries, or business areas. You can manage resources, schedules, risks, and status reporting. You speak and write in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus. You have worked on ERP localisation in Latin America. You have carried out process gap analysis and created process flow diagrams to support key controls. You have functional experience with General Ledger, T&E, and Accounts Payable system implementations. You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
