Turn Technician

We are actively seeking to fill a position for Turn Technician. The Turn Technician duties include preparing single-family rental homes, after the units have been vacated, to company standards. They will be responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and monitoring daily Turn activities using sub-contractors. Turn Technician duties will also include walking through all vacated properties, creating punch lists, negotiating costs, and conducting minor repairs. Having basic knowledge in home repairs, general carpentry, and hardware is required. Turn Technicians must have the ability to maintain adequate inventory, operate within budget, make good financial decisions, and troubleshoot problems.
