Role Summary

We are looking for a senior Project Manager (FTC) to lead delivery of the CN OneData program, CN OneData is China's unified and governed data foundation for China-generated business data, ensuring stable business operations, regulatory compliance, and serve as a trusted data source for Global. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program management, ensuring on-time delivery, strong governance, executive reporting, and cross-team alignment.

This position requires strong global exposure, complex data program experience, executive-level communication skills, and fluent English communication capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Program Management

• Lead overall program planning, execution, tracking, and risk management for the CN OneData initiative.

• Drive integrated delivery across China and Global data, product, engineering, compliance, and business teams.

• Manage complex interdependencies, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

2. Global Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Act as the key program interface between China and Global stakeholders, including Global D&A, PMO, platform teams, and business owners.

• Organize and run Steering Group, Working Group, and executive review sessions.

• Ensure strong alignment on scope, priorities, timeline, and delivery expectations.

3. Executive Reporting & Communication

• Prepare high-quality executive materials including steering updates, decision papers, milestone reports, and business status updates.

• Provide clear, structured, and data-driven program reporting for senior management and global stakeholders.

• Support leadership decision-making through clear framing of risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.

4. Risk, Dependency & Delivery Control

• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.

• Drive issue resolution and escalation with a strong ownership mindset.

• Ensure governance discipline, delivery transparency, and execution rigor.

Key Requirements

Experience & Background

• 8+ years of experience in project / program management, preferably in large-scale data, digital, or platform transformation programs.

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional, and cross-country programs.

• Solid background in data platforms, analytics, data engineering, or digital transformation is highly preferred.

Global & Cross-Cultural Capability

• Strong experience working with global stakeholders and international teams.

• Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in matrix and multi-stakeholder environments.

Communication & Executive Presence

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
