Must have skills : ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Good to have skills : ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Implementation Specialist manages the onboarding and implementation process of a product or system, ensuring it is configured correctly and meets client requirements. They work closely with clients, technical teams, project managers, and support staff to ensure a smooth rollout. Roles & Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze client/business requirements - Configure and customize software or systems - Coordinate implementation timelines and project tasks - Migrate and validate data - Test system functionality and troubleshoot issues - Train users and provide onboarding support - Create implementation documentation and user guides - Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and customer support - Monitor post-launch performance and resolve implementation problems - Ensure customer satisfaction throughout deployment Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), candidate should have hands-on knowledge on Service Mapping & ServiceNow Discovery. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & software configuration. - Candidate should have experience/knowledge on CRM/ERP implementation, data migration and excel/SQL basics, API/integration understanding, troubleshooting and testing etc. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office with flexible to other locations as well. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
