This role requires in-depth knowledge of asphalt patching, paving, milling, sealcoating and striping with a strong understanding of materials, labor, and equipment costs specific to the asphalt industry.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asphalt and paving operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in asphalt patching and paving, sealcoating, and striping estimating is preferred.
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, equipment, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and DOT specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build client relationships.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Location & Travel Requirements:
- Work is in-person at our Sanford, FL office.
- Travel to job sites for assessments, client meetings, and crew check-ins is required.
- Must have valid Drivers License.
