Principal AI Engineer

As a Principal AI Engineer at MRO, you will own the technical vision and implementation of AI capabilities that power our healthcare software products. You will design and build production AI systems — RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, human-in-the-loop workflows, and model quality frameworks — while setting the engineering standards other teams build against.    This is a hands-on technical leadership role.
