Engineering Supervisor- Civil Renewables

Ulteig is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join our Renewables Civil Department and help lead the delivery of impactful utility-scale renewable energy projects. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated civil engineering leader to guide and develop a team supporting primarily solar projects, with opportunities to contribute across wind and battery storage initiatives. In this role, you will combine technical leadership, people development, and project execution to strengthen team performance and deliver high-quality solutions for our clients. You will also partner across the organization with multi-discipline engineering, project management, business development, marketing, and human resources.
