The role
The Regional Growth & Engagement Manager is responsible for executing and localizing go-to-market campaigns delivered by the GTM Marketing Manager, ensuring they come to life in-region through events, webinars, and field-facing programs.
This role adapts global and vertical campaign intent into regionally relevant, high-impact activations that support sales and drive buyer engagement across marketing segments—from brand to supplier.
You will own regional execution and activation—not campaign design. Success in this role means campaigns are executed consistently, feel locally relevant, and directly enable sales while staying aligned to core GTM intent and brand direction.
This role will support Latin America and North America regions.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Drive overall marketing opportunity and funnel creation across Latin America, with support to North America
Execute and localize global marketing campaigns using existing content (key messaging, case studies, product updates)
Deliver multichannel marketing programs (email, webinars, social, digital) to generate new pipeline
Lead event strategy and execution, including industry events, Esko-hosted events, and partner events
Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure campaigns directly support pipeline generation and revenue opportunities
Build brand awareness through PR initiatives and relationships with local industry publications
Identify and engage with key industry associations, including speaking opportunities at conferences
Coordinate localization and translation needs for campaigns and content
Track and report on performance through regional reporting and Salesforce.com insights
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or campaign execution
Experience executing multichannel campaigns (email, digital, events, webinars)
Demonstrated ability to work with sales teams to drive pipeline and engagement
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms)
