Job Description
The AI Engineer is a key technical role focused on the implementation of Ford’s AI strategy within FCSD. This position will be instrumental in the technical execution of our FCSD AI Big Bets, delivering advanced solutions across the machine learning spectrum, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and predictive modeling. This individual will execute the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment, to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-quality products. A strong theoretical foundation and hands-on coding experience are essential.
