Responsibilities
• Project Execution: Manage technical projects, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure quality work is delivered on time (TTM)
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical and project risks, manage issues, and ensure the technical feasibility of projects.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Lead and align cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business units.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure technical programs align with the corporate goal and strategy.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and upper management.
• Budget and Quality: Monitor budget utilization and track progress, while also ensuring quality assurance throughout the development process.
Required skills and qualifications
• Technical Expertise: A strong technical background and experience in product NPI development cycle.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Jira, sharepoint, and experience in managing projects from start to finish.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.
• Time Acumen: A good understanding of time to market concepts to ensure technical solutions support business goals.
• Other skills: Detail-orientation, problem-solving, and risk management
