Job Title: Vault Bartender
Division: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Bar Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and cocktails.
- Creates a very warm and welcoming environment for quests.
- Interact with guests, taking drink orders and making recommendations.
- Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and assist with stocking supplies as needed.
- Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu changes and promotions.
- Willing to help out colleagues with other duties when needed
Requirements:
- Bartending experience a must
- Ability to work weekends is a must
- Strong knowledge of mixology and bartending techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- TIPS/RAMPS certification preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be available to work weekends
