
Sales Development Representative (French or German Speaker)

What will you contribute?
As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in driving revenue growth by supporting lead generation, client engagement, and sales execution activities. You will act as a trusted partner to both prospective and existing clients, helping to identify their needs and position the right solutions to deliver value.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
To help our sales team in qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
Help manage client relationships
Manage data collections and analysis
Collaborate with internal departments
Required Experience:
Experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
To have excellent listening and interpersonal skills to empathize with clients and understand their needs.
Leadership skills to make recommendations and advice.
Education
Good English, written and spoken
Second language would be beneficial (French/German/Spanish)
