AMIRI is seeking a Project & Demand Management Specialist to support the execution and governance of Technology initiatives that enable the brand's continued global growth.
Acting as a key liaison between Technology and business stakeholders, this role will help drive portfolio visibility, delivery discipline, and effective prioritization across a fast-paced, creative-led organization. Success requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance structure with pragmatism while operating against fixed seasonal and commercial deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Demand Management
- Support Technology demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning in partnership with business and Technology stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource capacity.
- Coordinate delivery sequencing and support decision-making around priorities and trade-offs.
- Ensure initiatives meet agreed governance, readiness, and stage-gate requirements.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Manage Technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and escalation when required.
- Apply project management standards, tools, and reporting practices across initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful execution.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Build strong relationships with Technology and business stakeholders across functions.
- Provide clear and timely communication on project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
- Support business readiness, change management, and user adoption activities.
- Operate effectively within a luxury fashion environment, balancing delivery rigor with seasonal business deadlines and creative workflows.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, or Demand Management roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional Technology projects.
- Exposure to ERP, POS, E-Commerce, Data, Digital, or Business Applications initiatives.
- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Experience working in retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods environments is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with global teams across US and Europe.
- Flexibility to support global stakeholders across different time zones.
Contract Type: Permanent employment contract (Tempo Indeterminato)
Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): CCNL Commercio – level and classification to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and responsibilities associated with the role.
Salary Range: €35,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
