Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Prepare and maintain the Master Project Plan and track progress to ensure on‑time execution
- Track gateway readiness and facilitate MPDS gateway compliance and approvals
- Monitor dependencies, de‑bottleneck issues and enable timely gateway clearances
- Track and regularize scope changes with impact assessment and approvals
- Support preparation and alignment of project investments and material costs for the business case
- Monitor capital and revenue budgets and enable timely escalations and approvals
- Proactively track risks to project TCP targets and support mitigation planning
- Conduct project reviews, document decisions and actions, track closures, and generate MIS and management review material
