HOURLY - General Cleaner

Part-Time General Cleaner Location: Nashville, TN Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM  Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. This evening position is perfect for someone looking for consistent weekday hours in a professional commercial environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for cleanliness, and at least one year of professional cleaning experience. Key Responsibilities Your daily routine will include, but is not limited to: General Cleaning: Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Trash Removal: Emptying trash cans, replacing liners, and hauling waste to designated disposal areas. Dusting & Wiping: Keeping surfaces, fixtures, and furniture dust-free. Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, and restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper). Floor Care: Vacuuming carpeted areas, as well as sweeping and mopping hard floors. Teamwork: Executing other specialized cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor. Position Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively, and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the duration of the shift. Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for the Monday–Friday, 6 PM–10 PM shift are a must. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain high cleaning standards. Screenings : Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
