As a Digital Fitness Coach - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of structured learning experiences, coaching sessions, and enablement resources that translate the bank’s digital and AI ambitions intomeasurable capability-building outcomes
Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Fitness Coach - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City who will provide and contribute to the development of online learning materials and reinforcement activities that promote sustained adoption and responsible use of AI, in support of the Corporate Results Framework digital capability indicator. This position will be full-time and hybrid at Mandaluyong City.
What You'll Do
Prepare and complete learning materials for AI-related initiatives
Review vendor-provided training materials to ensure alignment with ADB quality standards
Publish training materials in ADB’s learning management platform
Deliver AI Bootcamps and other learning sessions through appropriate delivery methods
Provide individual and group coaching sessions
Evaluate training results and report on progress
Design and deliver AI Bootcamps, learning sessions, webinars, briefings, and coaching interventions for management and staff
When needed, develop an Adoption and Change Management plan, including communication and training plans for assigned approved AI initiatives
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 7 years of general experience and 5 years of relevant experience related to the assignment
Experience in conducting training and developing instructional materials
Client-oriented attitude and experience working in a multicultural environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and workload while delivering quality output
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to refine and distill technical jargon into clear, user-friendly content
Proficiency with content creation tools such as Microsoft Office, and Canva
Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain composure under pressure
Awareness and understanding of ADB business processes and guidelines is an advantage
Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ADB IT systems is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in IT projects implementations in a business setting is an advantage
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
