About the role:

This would suit a junior professional or someone who is early in their career and motivated to learn, take on new challenges and build a long-term career with us. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and a grow into a high-performing partnerships professional.

This role sits at the centre of partner execution. You will work across sales, product, marketing, and legal to onboard partners, support live relationships, and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.

This is a chance to play a key role in scaling alliances, with a focus on building strong foundations, identifying high-value partnerships, contributing to joint go-to-market activity, and supporting revenue growth through the alliance channel.

Detailed responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact and manage all new partnership requests. Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit and commercial value as well as proactively identify and engage new partners aligned to priority segments.

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new alliance partners. Coordinating across internal teams to deliver contracts, integrations and launch readiness. Ensuring that each partnership has a clear joint value proposition and defined objectives as a foundation for success.

  • Act as a key contact point for alliances internally and externally. Record and share meeting notes and actions. Maintain accurate partner task trackers and ensure follow-through on commitments.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and track partner-driven opportunities. Support reporting on partner performance, activity and contribution to revenue. Using this data to highlight risks, gaps and areas for improvement.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of partnership documentation, including alliance GTM materials, contract records, renewals and integration agreements.

  • Act as the primary contact for alliance API integrations. Maintain documentation that reflects partner capabilities. Ensure required updates are completed on time and communicate new product developments to technology partners.

  • Support a portfolio of alliance partners as a relationship owner. Build strong working relationships and track delivery against growth and marketing objectives.

Our hiring process and what you can expect:

Application: a member of our talent acquisition team will review your application against the key requirements for the role and let you know within two weeks whether you’re moving forward to the next stage; 

Screening: You’ll spend 30-45 minutes speaking to one of our recruiters learning more about the role and ClearBank, and we’ll get it know more about you, your experience and how your skills align with the role (this will be via phone or Teams video call). You can expect to hear back from us within seven days following this meeting (if things are taking longer than expected, we’ll let you know that too); 

First Interview: You’ll spend one hour with a member of our hiring team focusing on your skills, competencies and your ways of working at the same time we’ll give you time to ask more questions about the role, the team and learn more about the ClearBank culture. This will be via Teams.  

Second Interview: This will be a competency-based interview with one or more members of our team.

Final Stage: You will have a final meeting with the Head of Department. This will be around 45-60 minutes.
