Branch Manager - Prince George

The Branch Manager leads the retail branch team to deliver exceptional, member-centric experience aligned to Beem’s People First, Digital First strategy. They are accountable for achieving branch-level financial performance, operational excellence, member engagement, and regulatory compliance. This role acts as a cultural carrier and strategic executor, ensuring frontline teams are aligned to lifecycle advice delivery, digital adoption and long-term member relationship goals. This role is also responsible for the talent development across all levels, fostering a high performing, engaged performance driven culture. This position is based at our River Point branch in Prince George, BC. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates located outside of Prince George.
