Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Process quotations
  2. Process tender documents
  3. Recheck quotations and/ or tender documents before submission
  4. Follow up an principals' request.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Experienced In document filling system with good communication skill would be advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft office program, as well as the use of office equipment
  • Familiar with SAP would be advantage
  • Able to work over time
