Nurse Clinical Care Lead, 7 Tower, Full Time, First Shift

7:00AM-7:00 PM every other weekend Provides, and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Assists Director with defined charge nurse duties. Works coordinating and delegating the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor or Department Director.
