Medical Assistance Coordinator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

As part of the medical assistance team, you will support our customers in the event of emergencies and illnesses covered by their travel insurance.

• Receiving medical emergency cases from abroad
• Providing advice and assistance to our customers by phone and email
• Computerized documentation of the measures taken
• Communication with service providers worldwide

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a call center
• Fluent in Romanian & English, German is a plus
• Good geographical knowledge and an affinity for the travel industry
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
• You consider absolute service orientation a given
• Basic familiarity with available AI tools such as ChatGPT
