At MOL Group, we're transforming how digital media supports business growth and customer engagement. Our Marketing Communications team shapes brand and promotional strategies across multiple businesses and markets.
We're looking for a Group Digital Marketing Communication Expert to help elevate digital media excellence across 10 countries while planning and implement Hungary's digital media activities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to work across digital media planning, performance marketing, analytics and campaign measurement in a truly international environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize Hungarian digital media campaigns, including hands-on campaign execution and optimization when required.
Shape Group‑level digital strategy by supporting and reviewing digital media plans across 10 countries, ensuring every market follows smart, consistent and data‑driven practices
Partner with local teams, business units and agencies to elevate digital execution and bring best‑in‑class solutions, audience strategies and new market trends into play
Monitor KPIs, identify optimization opportunities
Support budget planning, allocation and performance tracking to maximize marketing effectiveness
Build, maintain and continuously improve measurement frameworks, dashboards and reporting standards
Drive digital analytics, tracking and measurement initiatives, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Cooperate with business streams to understand their expectations and objectives
Work together with the whole marcom team, to help delivering complex digital, media and creative solutions for briefed campaigns
Support digital creative development and production, ensuring creative assets are optimized for platform requirements, audience needs and campaign objectives.
The role is part of the Group Corporate Communications function and reports to the Group Digital Marketing Communication Lead.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
Strong understanding of paid media, measurement and optimization
Experience with analytics, tracking and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and proactive attitude
Cooperative, supportive mindset
Fluent English and Hungarian
Google Ads, Meta Ads or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
