Job Description
The Retail Sales Manager is accountable for overall retail store operations and performance. He/she oversees and guides sales managers with individual sales goals. He/she assesses location market dynamics and works with VP of Retail Sales to optimize location performance. The role aligns resources and prioritization to drive strategy execution across multiple technical and functional departments. He/she coaches and develops other managers and multiple teams of employees. Accountable for results, development of KPIs, and continuous improvement.
