On-call Strategic Advisor - Rail Operations

ABOUT THE POSITION VHB is seeking an On-call Strategic Advisor – Rail Operations to join our growing Transit & Rail Practice.  The Strategic Advisor – Rail Operations will be part of a team supporting a variety of railroad and rail transit projects and pursuits across the VHB footprint. The candidate should have expertise and experience in the railroad and/or rail transit industry specifically in railroad and rail transit operations simulation and systems analysis.
