We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of projects and services to clients. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing client expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team, providing guidance and support for effective collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Resource Optimization: Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, collaborating with development teams for seamless deployment and integration of new applications.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Establish and monitor SLAs to guarantee service delivery excellence, conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through regular meetings to understand client needs and align IT services accordingly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to IT operations and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate and drive continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Education: Bachelor of Computer Information System
Experience: Project Management Professional
