Your Responsibilities
Sie übernehmen die Stammdatenpflege und Erstellung der Zeit- und Gehaltsabrechnungen eines Mitarbeiterkreises im SAP-System
Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und externe Stellen wie z. B. Krankenkassen und Behörden
Sie übernehmen Jahreswechsel- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
Sie sind für die richtige steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Beurteilung verantwortlich
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, alternativ in einem ähnlichen Umfeld (z. B. Personalbereich)
Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht
Sie haben gute SAP HCM Kenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
Ein hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung rundet ihr Profil ab
