Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive eDealer sales growth in the Chinese market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with eDealer partners to drive business expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and market penetration.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market and eDealer sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English languages.
