Job Summary
The Sr. Associate, Large Business Digital Solutions, is responsible for defining and executing the digital Solutions experience for large business customers. This role leads strategy, development, and enhancements for digital access to and delivery of existing and new Business Solutions products and services. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, IT, and Customer Support, as well as third party vendors to ensure a valuable and value-creating experience for business customers.Job Description
Key Accountabilities
•Lead creation of roadmap, identifying customer needs through research, customer feedback, competitive intelligence and landscape review.
• Work with technology on roadmap requirements, design, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to develop training, content and campaigns to promote key features.
• Lead sales support and engage in customer meetings as needed to educate and drive adoption of digital capabilities.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards that measure adoption, engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, triage issues, and drive evolution of ongoing roadmap of enhancements.
