Overview We are hiring a Planning Account Manager to help shape how one of the world’s most iconic beauty brands connects with people. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the L’Oréal UK account, contributing to high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands. You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing together insight, planning and delivery - while growing your leadership skills in a collaborative, supportive team. Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of campaign planning and execution across L’Oréal UK brands Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a key point of contact Own elements of campaign planning, including audience, competitor and performance insights Collaborate with internal teams and media partners to deliver integrated, high-quality campaigns Ensure all outputs are accurate, clearly structured and delivered on time Manage campaign finances, including budgets, tracking and billing processes Support and develop junior team members through coaching, feedback and ongoing guidance Qualifications Experience in a media planning or communications role, ideally within a UK agency environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Confident communication style with experience working with clients or stakeholders Understanding of media channels and the end-to-end campaign planning process Interest in using data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes A collaborative mindset with an interest in supporting and developing others Proactive approach with curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow Additional information Starcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
