What You Can Expect

The Finance/Accounting Intern will support the Procure to Pay (PTP) function and assist with financial reporting, transactional processing, data analysis, and process documentation. The intern will gain practical, hands-on experience in
corporate finance operations, exposure to end-to-end PTP activities, and an understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements within a global business environment.

How You'll Create Impact

• Support the Procure to Pay (PTP) team in day-to-day transactional processing, including invoice verification, posting, and payment preparation.
• Assist in reviewing supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and finance policies.
• Help maintain vendor master data by supporting updates, validations, and documentation requests.
• Participate in monitoring and resolving invoice discrepancies, parked items, and outstanding payment issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Assist in preparing routine financial reports, analysis, and metrics related to PTP performance and operational efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit activities by helping compile documentation, evidence, and process records.
• Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives within the PTP function.
• Perform data extraction, validation, and basic analysis to support management decisionmaking.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Finance team as needed.
• Actively engage in learning activities to develop an understanding of PTP processes, internal controls, compliance, and corporate finance operations.

Your Background

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline.
