Your mission

You won't be making coffee or sitting in on calls you don't understand. You'll own a real piece of the commercial operation, sit at the center of the Marketing and Sales engine, build automation that outlasts your time here, and understand from the ground up how pipeline is generated — the best possible foundation for a career in sales, growth, or go-to-market. We're the data management platform behind ESG and decarbonization for owners like The Crown Estate, Deka, EQT, and Zurich Insurance, and you'll be working at the frontier of AI-assisted sales.

Your profile

This is the best starting point you can find to learn how B2B sales and marketing actually work together. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales — you are the person who builds and feeds the pipeline from both sides: generating demand through content and digital channels, and converting that interest into qualified leads for the sales team.

Without you, the team doesn't have leads. Without leads, there are no deals. You'll see the full picture: how a webinar attendee, a whitepaper download, or a search visit becomes a qualified lead, becomes a conversation, becomes a customer.

And you won't just do the work — you'll automate it. Using Claude and AI, you'll build agents and workflows that run continuously in the background, so the pipeline never stops even when you're not at your desk.

Your responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end lead generation process — sitting between Marketing and Sales to make sure demand generated online converts into qualified pipeline
  • Drive marketing-led lead generation through content, whitepapers, and webinars that attract the right decision-makers in real estate (all capitalizing on AI and Claude usage)
  • Define and execute the outbound outreach strategy across channels (email, LinkedIn, events) to continuously fill the top of the pipeline
  • Build and maintain AI agents using Claude that automate the pipeline generation engine, so it runs reliably and at scale with minimal manual effort
  • Design and iterate on the automation layer with AI that feeds the pipeline continuously — the goal is a machine that runs without constant manual intervention
  • Manage and maintain the CRM as the single source of truth for all pipeline activity
  • Support the sales team with the materials and assets they need to move deals forward — pitch decks, slides, and collateral in the BuildingMinds voice
  • Keep the sales asset library organized and up to date so the right content is always at hand
What we need from you is:
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in business, communications, marketing, or a related field 
  • Clear, concise written English and German 
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and agents — you want to understand how to build things that run on their own, not just use off-the-shelf tools
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, or outreach workflows is a plus, but not required
  • You are passionate about sustainability and revolutionizing the real estate industry — pushing for a better future through data and technology
  • You are ambitious, curious, and persistent, and want to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development
  • You bring a proactive mindset, stay organized under pressure, and manage your time well without needing to be chased
