Requirement
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee and ensure customer engagement, team operations, and resource management. You will serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams. Your main goal is to ensure seamless project delivery, maintain high employee morale, and align technical capabilities with customer demands. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (or a similarly complex domain) is highly preferred to navigate specialized technical requirements.
- Manage communication across stakeholders - Customers, Quest Global Leadership, Technical Leaders
- Manage expectations across business and technical teams
- Manage and contribute to overall account growth through process improvements and delivery excellence
- Ensure Organization KPI’s well maintained and adhered (CSAT, ESAT, AR/Yield, Contribution Margin, IPMS etc)
Key roles:
Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular project status updates and reviews.
- Proactively identify client needs and translate them into actionable team tasks.
- Resolve customer escalations quickly to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
Team Management & Employee Concerns
- Act as the first line of support for team members regarding career growth and workplace concerns.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to minimize team attrition.
- Mediate internal conflicts and advocate for resources to prevent team burnout
Ramping Up & Staffing Fulfilment
- Forecast resource requirements based on upcoming pipeline and customer demands.
- Partner with the recruitment team to source, interview, and onboard qualified talent.
- Build resource pipelines to ensure zero downtime when project demands scale up.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deliver quality and team efficiency.
- Implement operational processes to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage project risks and create mitigation plans for potential delivery delays.
Core Skills
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for managing global stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex staffing and operational bottlenecks under pressure.
- Leadership: Strong emotional intelligence to manage diverse team dynamics and employee relations.
Work Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Overall 10+ Years of experience, 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery, or account operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector (or energy/heavy manufacturing) is a strong advantage.
- Certifications: Not mandatory but good to have- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly preferred.
