Self-Guided Touring Sales Specialist

UDR, Inc. is now hiring a Self-Guided Touring Sales Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:   Responsible for business-to-consumer inbound and outbound tour follow-up to prospective renters.  Adheres to a high standard of Self-Guided Tour best practices as outlined by management. Provide technical support to touring prospective renters  who experience issues with the touring technology. Deliver comprehensive instruction for prospects while on tour removing friction from the touring experience. Accountable for relationship-building with key stakeholders in property operations.
