The Role:

Precision & Problem Solving As an Engineering Technician, you won’t just be "fixing things"—you’ll be ensuring the world’s most advanced manufacturing equipment operates at peak performance.

You will be the first line of defense in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Who You Are:

We are looking for candidates who possess a "mechanic’s heart and an engineer’s mind." Whether you are a recent grad, a military veteran, or an experienced tech, we value your hands-on expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Prior experience as an Electronics Technician or Manufacturing Technician.
• Military Veterans with technical, mechanical, or electrical ratings (e.g., Avionics, Nuclear Power, Fire Control).
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose & Repair: Perform complex electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs on high-tech semiconductor equipment.
• Master the Tools: Utilize multimeters and voltage readers to identify power fluctuations and circuit failures.
• Technical Literacy: Read and interpret sophisticated schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to guide repairs.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing flow.
• Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards of safety and precision in a cleanroom or advanced manufacturing environment.

The essential functions of this role include:
• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 9 hours at one time
• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
• possibly working weekends

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
