By partnering closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, this role helps the organization make informed workforce decisions, maintain internal equity and external competitiveness, and enhance the overall Talent value proposition of FCI.

About the Team:
The Total Rewards team is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving the organization's compensation, benefits, well-being and reward programs. Our mission is to create a competitive and equitable rewards framework that helps attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting FCI’s business objectives.
We partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver data-driven rewards solutions that balance associate needs, market competitiveness, affordability, and regulatory compliance. Through market intelligence, analytics, and governance, the team ensures that reward programs are designed to enhance associate experience, reinforce a high-performance culture, and support workforce planning and talent strategies.

The Lead Advisor, Total Rewards plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's rewards programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The role influences key talent and workforce decisions through analytical insights, rewards expertise, and operational excellence, helping the organization attract, retain, and motivate talent while optimizing rewards investments.
Key Deliverables
Compensation
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and external market data.
Support annual compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and salary structure updates.
Evaluate job levels and compensation guidance in alignment with internal equity and market competitiveness.
Perform compensation analyses and provide recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
Maintain compensation data integrity within HR systems.
Benefits & Well-being
Support the administration and evaluation of benefits and wellness programs.
Analyze benefits utilization, associate feedback, and program effectiveness.
Assist with annual benefits review, vendor coordination, and open enrollment activities.
Respond to associate and HR inquiries related to benefits and total rewards policies.
Analytics & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reports on compensation, benefits, and total rewards metrics.
Analyze workforce and rewards data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Prepare presentations and insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and compensation regulations.
Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
Maintain documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures for total rewards programs.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve total rewards processes through automation and standardization.
Participate in system enhancements, HRIS testing, and implementation of new reward initiatives.
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.
Skills and Qualification
Skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is an advantage.
Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
Knowledge of benefits administration and total rewards practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ability to collaborate and work across functions
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or equivalent is an advantage
Experience:
7–10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, or a related HR function.
Experience working with HRIS platforms (such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
Experience using salary survey platforms and compensation benchmarking tools is preferred.
