Recruiter I

The HD Contractor Recruiter will source, screen, attract, interview and hire candidates for the AIT. This role will work with hiring managers to identify job requirements and selection criteria. They will be responsible for creating ads, sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various open jobs in the field. The focus is on creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified candidate for a selected business.
