Job Summary
The Fleet IT Services Analyst delivers technical services and IT project execution, working cross-functionally across the Royal Caribbean Group. The position supports ship, island and shore IT teams and contributes to the continuity of 24/7 fleet operations.Job Description

The Fleet IT Services Analyst delivers technical services and IT project execution, working cross-functionally across the Royal Caribbean Group. The position supports ship, island and shore IT teams and contributes to the continuity of 24/7 fleet operations. • Supports IT initiatives by assisting with system deployments, upgrades, configuration, and functional testing. [Executing] • Monitors data transmission flows, system health, and network connectivity to ensure stable technology operations across multiple global environments. [Executing] • Analyzes recurring issues and operational data to identify trends, improve service reliability, and champions continuous improvement efforts. [Executing] • Assists with incident response and resolution by coordinating communication between shipboard and shoreside IT teams. Operates as a bridge between engineering/IT groups and operational teams. [Executing] • Develops and maintains documentation for technical processes, troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and fleetwide IT standards. Assists with training and guidance. [Executing] • Collaborates regularly with shipboard IT teams and shoreside groups to coordinate service management activities aligned with ITIL practices, including change, incident, problem, and service management processes.
