Acorn Hill Animal Hospital, a trusted small animal practice in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced and motivated Veterinarian to lead & guide our practice, mentor our team, and shape the future of our hospital.
- Lead and mentor a talented team of associate veterinarians and support staff.
- Establish, implement, and uphold medical protocols to ensure top-tier patient care and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve hospital and operational goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
- Deliver outstanding client service and support our mission of compassionate care.

- Annual performance bonus for Medical Directors + stipend
- Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus available for experienced candidates

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).

5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred.
- Proven leadership and management skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.
- Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire your team.
