Job Title: Legal Counsel
Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt
Main Responsibilities
A high variety of topics will keep you challenged throughout your experience with us!
- Providing legal support to our team on a variety of matters, such as: cloud computing and/or renewable energy sector, telecom, compliance, etc.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements (Sales contracts, procurement agreements, participation agreements, etc.)
- Providing a strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program in a lot of different topics like labor, environment, Anti-bribery (Sapin 2)
- Handling disputes
Requirements:
- Fully qualified legal counsel
- At least 3 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company or as a lawyer in a law firm
- Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- Scientific background would be an added advantage
- Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multinational staff
