Whether you're looking to develop your skills, take on new challenges, or make a meaningful impact, Gamma is the place to do it.   What is the role responsible for?  The successful candidate will be accountable for the placement, co-ordination and delivery of a variety of services and products ensuring completion within set timescales. They will need to demonstrate flexibility towards the tasks undertaken as scope differs vastly from project to project. The candidate will be accountable for the co-ordination and communication of the order progression during the lifecycle of the project in line with customer communication plans.   What will you be doing day-to-day? Customer engagement and communication, setting expectations Creation and maintenance of project documents such as delivery trackers Undertaking delivery activity to ensure milestones are hit Arranging and ensuring site access Management of 3rd parties and associated deliverables Milestone and stage management Data capture such as missed appointments or early life failures Highlighting risks, issues and lessons learned Status reporting as required   What you’ll bring Prince 2 Foundation course or equivalent project experience Background in Telecoms/IT or similar industry Strong project planning experience Background in Customer Satisfaction and engagement, meetings etc Strong skills in MS Office suite Keen eye for detail   What do we offer you? 25 days annual leave + birthday  Subsidised private medical insurance 5.1% matched pension contributions Enhanced parental leave Life assurance and Income protection Share save and incentive plans Electric Vehicle and Cycle scheme Employee discounts Volunteer day   A few things to note We require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check.   If you don’t meet every requirement but feel you could thrive in this role, we would still encourage you to apply.   Gamma is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building diverse, inclusive teams where everyone feels valued and can be their authentic selves.
