Facility Administrator

The Facility Administrator oversees the administrative operations of multiple residential programs on a shared campus. This role provides strategic leadership, clinical supervision, regulatory oversight, and supports operational managers to ensure seamless, integrated service delivery. The Facility Administrator partners closely with program managers and direct care leadership to promote a safe, therapeutic, and compliant environment for youth and staff.
