Location/Division Specific Information
The Cincinnati site specializes in making oral solid drugs and developing them for the Pharma Services Group. Our Cincinnati site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose drug manufacturing and drug development for the Drug Product Division within our Pharma Services Group (PSG).
Our Project Manager's are a highly visible and influential team that manages each project's profit and loss (P&L). Finding shared value for our customers and our business serving patients all over the world is critical for our employees. This team is a key player on the cross-functional project team leading through a sophisticated and multifaceted development space.
How will you make an impact?
Manages cross functional deliverables and communication to improve key project achievements. Performs day-to-day client project tasks. Manages cross-functional deliverables and communication to enhance key project milestones.
What will you do?
- Assists Project Managers in change of scope writing.
- Manages small projects.
- Responsible for generating internal forms required for ongoing projects and newly awarded projects.
- Serves as customer logistics coordinator for the site including customer hosting and batch observations, logistics support, and coordinates customer office assignments.
- Supports Project Managers with project and account activities including but not limited to managing proposal introduction into Changepoint (PM software), invoicing completed deliverables, and project kickoff support.
How will you get here?
- High school or equivalent experience required, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience
- 3 years of experience required, or equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- General knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and practical knowledge of GMPs.
- Advanced communication skills and ability to solve problems, make decisions independently, and coordinate projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work and communicate well with employees in multiple areas and job levels.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
