Contracts Manager

Loftware is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our expanding global legal department headquartered in Portsmouth, NH. Reporting to the Corporate Counsel, the Contracts Manager will be a valued contributing member of Loftware’s Legal and Compliance Team and will partner closely with our global Finance, Sales, Services and other operational personnel to negotiate and provide legal and commercial advice with respect to all commercial contracts.
