- Lead and Inspire: Set the standard for safety, service, and merchandising while coaching and developing your team.
- Drive Retail Success Across Business Lines: Achieve sales goals by balancing performance across Retail, Pro, and Install Sales channels.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
- Optimize Store Operations: Maintain compliance, control shrink, and uphold operational and safety standards.
- Enable Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with leaders across departments to align sales, inventory, and staffing priorities.

- Proven leadership experience in retail or related industries.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead in a complex, multi-business retail environment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Kronos, D365).
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule and meet operational needs.
- Ability to relocate within Atlantic Canada for future career growth opportunities is preferred but not required.
