Vice-President — Life & Health (Corporate & Retention Lead — Medical Insurance) Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Full-time

Marsh is seeking a senior Life & Health professional to join our Jeddah office as the Corporate & Retention Lead for medical insurance, focused on high‑value corporate and key‑account B2B clients across Saudi Arabia.

This is a hands‑on, commercial role for a proven retention leader who can manage complex renewals (committee‑driven decision‑making), own client relationships, convert retention into new business opportunities, and quickly onboard and mentor a junior support resource.

What you’ll do

  • Lead retention and relationship management for corporate medical accounts in Saudi (Jeddah focus).
  • Own renewals, account governance and retention strategies for large, complex employers.
  • Deliver technical input on medical pricing, underwriting and policy structuring.
  • Build strong relationships with local insurers.
  • Mentor a junior support resource and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with local leadership to drive business development and account growth.

Who we’re looking for

  • 5–7 years’ experience in corporate medical retention/account management.
  • Strong track record managing high‑value, complex accounts (committees, multiple stakeholders).
  • Background from brokers or large insurers (brokers preferred)
  • Technical competence in medical pricing/underwriting/structuring.
  • Ability to onboard quickly, work autonomously, and mentor juniors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Arabic (Arabic is mandatory).
